A sketchbook or guestbook in aqua blue leather, with owls on the cover lining paper.

The covers are aqua blue leather, by Harmatan, with a natural grained finish.

The leather cover is lined with paper printed with Charles Voysey's "Owls" tapestry design, from the Arts and Crafts period of the C19th.

The book has a long-stitch binding, hand stitched with dark turquoise blue linen thread.

There are 40 pages (80 sides) of smooth white cartridge paper.

The paper will take pen, pencil or other dry media, and will even take a little paint, if it's not too wet, so it is a good sketchbook or art journal but it could also be used as a special guestbook for a wedding or other occasion.
